Hip and trendy coffeeshop in downtown Norfolk. Comfortable and casual. A place where you can stay and relax awhile. Great espresso bean, good food and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Would go again when in town. I recommend.

When friends are in town and staying downtown, we always meet here. The baristas KNOW their coffee. If you are serious about coffee, they have answers. The pour over never disappoints. Got kids? Send them on a silent search of all the giraffes scattered around, large and small. It’s a great way to keep them occupied until the orders out—and if they are well behaved and don’t disturb others. The bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffin was ok. Nothing special, but adequate. Check out seasonal latte specials. Always cleverly conceived.

had a fantastic experience at aLatte Cafe! I ordered the cookies and creme milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious—creamy, rich, and perfectly blended. The prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality. The customer service was straightforward and efficient, getting me my order quickly. The decor of the cafe is unique and cozy, with an array of board games that adds a fun and welcoming touch. I highly recommend this place for a delightful treat and a great time!

Staff is very friendly and wanting to help and make suggestions (like the Nola Cold Brew, which was awesome). They don't over-sweeten with syrups, and the beans themselves are yummy. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend. We returned 4 days in a row!

Wished I'd had time to sit and chill because the atmosphere here was top tier. A lot to look at, from the assortment of artworks to the selection of books and games. The person at the register helped me pick something when I wandered in clueless (one of their current specials, I think it was called Maple Leaves?) and it was seriously one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. It was sweet, sure, but you could taste the coffee through all of that. We tried to go back the next day because it was so good, but they're closed on Sunday so we'll have to try again another time!

I used to live down the street from this coffee shop and to this day it’s still my favorite spot in the 757. The baristas are comforting and friendly. The atmosphere is very quirky. I love the local support for artists that’s displayed here. I can not talk about how amazing this place is enough!

My order is fairly basic hot latte w/ oat milk add 1 shot . Shots were pulled well oat milk steamed bout perfect . The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall good atmosphere very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and return.

Awesome cute hipster little coffee shop with plenty of seating. I got a cortado and a carrot cake muffin which were both fantastic.

Nice people, nice place. Love the character of this place. (I remember watching Austin powers in theatres 1997, scene where #2 told Dr Evil about taking over the world with Starbucks) So prophetic😢. Glad places like this still exist 🫡
